Note: We will and do require a credit card to book an appointment. We ask for 24 hours notice if you need to cancel a spa treatment and 48 if you need to cancel a medspa treatment. We certainly understand emergencies and that things unexpectantly come up, but we will charge $25 for each 1 spa service missed and $50 for each medspa service missed.

For example, if you miss a pedicure the charge will be $25. If you miss a massage and a pedi the charge will be $50. If you miss an injection appointment the charge will be $50. If the service is under $25, then the charge is 50% of that charge.


 

Spa Etiquette
To ensure a stress free check-in and true Club West experience, please arrive 15-20 minutes prior to your appointment.

For your comfort and safety, please alert our guest service staff if you are pregnant, have high blood pressure, are using Retin-A, Accutane or any other photosensitive medications or any other conditions that could possibly prevent our staff from performing your requested treatment.

Robes and other spa attire are provided for your convenience as well as all shower amenities. Casual and comfortable clothes are recommended for your visit. Please leave valuables and any jewelry at home or keep them with you during your services. For the comfort and courtesy of our guests, Club West Med Spa is a smoke-free environment, and we suggest cell phones to be silenced or turned off.

To ensure a relaxing & beneficial spa experience please let our guest service staff know of any gender preferences, any special needs or instructions while booking your appointment.

We require at least a 24 hour notice to cancel any appointment. Skipped appointments will be charged in full. Please contact the spa immediately for emergency cancellations.

Gratuities are accepted for spa services: 15-20% is typical, however, gratuities are up to the discretion of the client. An 18% service charge will only be added for groups of five or more at the point of sale which will be allocated to your technician.


 

Age Requirements
In order to maintain a relaxing environment our facility is reserved for adults only. No one under 18 is allowed in the spa unless receiving services. Children under 18 will need a signed waiver and may need to be accompanied by a parent or guardian.


 

Gift Certificates/Gift Cards
Club West Med Spa gift certificates and gift cards make great gifts for any occasion, holiday or celebration. Ask a guest service representative for more information.


 

How quickly will I see results?
Most of our patients see visible results in two or three treatments. This may vary depending on each person’s skin type and condition. How many treatments are required?

On average, our clients require 3 to 8 treatments to achieve their desired results. The results will last for months but follow up treatments are recommended to fight the aging process.


 

How long will results last?

Vibraderm Microdermabrasion
will help too exfoliate the dull outer layer of skin to reveal a smooth radiant complexion. This treatment goes beyond standard microdermabrasion by providing simultaneous exfoliation and infusion of skin specific medications or products into the deeper layers of the skin. This specific treatment is unique to our med spa.


Chemical peels
are used to improve and smooth the texture of the skin by removing its damaged outer layers. They are helpful in the treatment of facial blemishes, wrinkles, uneven skin pigmentation, acne scars and even to control acne. Club West Med Spa offers a variety of chemical peels to address your concerns.

Under the direction of our Medical Director, Dr. Lisa West and our expert aestheticians we will help you determine the peel that’s right for you. The results of the chemical peel can be enhanced when obtained in combination with our Vibraderm Microdermabrasion or Laser Skin Rejuvination treatments. When should I make the reservation?
We suggest making spa appointments as far in advance as possible to ensure appointment times are available. A credit card will be required to hold any appointments.


 

When should I arrive?
Please arrive 15-20 minutes early for your appointment to allow a stress free check-in, changing and time to fi ll out pre-treatment form and relax. A shower is also available if needed.

What should I wear to the spa?
Casual and comfortable clothes are recommended. We provide a robe and slippers for your convenience during your visit. Please leave valuables and any jewelry at home or in the safe box in your guest room.


 

Are gratuities accepted and/or recommended for specific services?
Yes, gratuities are accepted. 15–20% is typical; however, gratuities are up to the discretion of the client.


 

Are group bookings or private parties available?

Absolutely! Our Spa Group Coordinator will create a memorable visit for your group or party with personalized attention to detail.


 

Should I tell anyone about any physical, medical or allergy conditions?
Certain medical conditions and medications can make some treatments inadvisable. We highly suggest that you consult with your physician prior to your visit if you have any concerns. We will also provide you with a pre- treatment form that will need to be completed before your service begins.


 

For a massage or body treatment, do I have to undress completely?
Respecting your comfort level is our top priority. Some prefer to disrobe completely, while others prefer to undress to their undergarments. As massage oils and creams are used on most areas of the body, traditionally it is most beneficial to completely undress. You will be modestly draped, and only the area being worked with will be exposed. If you ever feel uncomfortable you should always notify your technician, and he/she will do their best to make you feel comfortable.


 

Do I undress for my Facial or Laser Facial Treatment?
We include the arms and decollete area in our services and wearing clothes would prohibit us from being able to get to those areas easily. When you arrive, you will undress down to your undergarments for a facial or laser facial. You will change into the sarong, robe and slippers we have provided for you and wear the sarong during your treatment.
